Ingredients
12 oz white chocolate, chopped
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring frequently. Once melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 15 minutes.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the same manner. Once melted, stir in the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract. Pour over the chilled white chocolate layer, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy and sea salt.
Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces before serving.
